This one a cat had knocked over and the headstock snapped off so we took one of it nine lives and resurrected this vintage acoustic.

Setup - Guild 12-string Semi Jumbo acoustic electric guitar

Customer brought in this project wanting to sweeten the action as it had become unplayable at the higher frets. There was some room to take off on the nut and saddle so it was decided we do that and set it up to play easier.

• Adjust truss rod to lower action at 12th fret
• File down saddle and nut to improve intonation and string height
• Test and check electronics

• Restring with D'addario custom light 10 gauge strings

 

Repair - Ovation electric acoustic guitar - Headstock chip

 A customer brought in this 90s Ovation acoustic electric to have setup and some touch up work done. The headstock had been dropped and a chip had come off, so I sanded a smooth radius back into it and stained it up. Also touched up some cracking on the finish on the top.
