• Remove and re-glue bridge
• Level, crown, and polish frets
• Lower saddle and nut for better action and intonation
• Service tuners for better tuning stability
• Clean and touch up minor imperfections in finish

Repair - G Holiday vintage acoustic guitar 1960s Orchestra model

Had this old mystery guitar in the shop the other day. 160s department store acoustic guitar in orchestra model size. It has a steel re-enforced neck, but its an adjustable truss rod

• Custom made a new bone saddle
• Installed side dots at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 12th frets
• Filed down the bridge to improve action
• Leveled, crowned, and polished the frets
• Cleaned & oiled the fretboard
• Glued and filled numerous cracks on the top, sides, and back
• Slotted the bridge pin holes to improve the break angle of the strings
• Lubed and adjusted the open gear 3x tuners
• Sanded and filed the nut to improve string height
• Restrung with Ernie Ball earthwood lights 10 gauge

 

Upgrade - Pickup and headstock refinish 2000 Squier Stratocaster

 

Repair - Lefty MIM 2006 Fender Stratocaster transformation

This project is a made in Mexico Stratocaster, but the pickguard had been adorned with some nail polish art and the headstock had sharpie on it. both had to go:

• Removed stickers and residue from back of guitar
• Removed and restored sharpie ink on headstock
• Swapped out the pickguard for a made in US parchment white
• Added aged white pickup covers and knobs
• Fixed finish on fretboard
