Had this old mystery guitar in the shop the other day. 160s department store acoustic guitar in orchestra model size. It has a steel re-enforced neck, but its an adjustable truss rod
- Custom made a new bone saddle
- Installed side dots at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 12th frets
- Filed down the bridge to improve action
- Leveled, crowned, and polished the frets
- Cleaned & oiled the fretboard
- Glued and filled numerous cracks on the top, sides, and back
- Slotted the bridge pin holes to improve the break angle of the strings
- Lubed and adjusted the open gear 3x tuners
- Sanded and filed the nut to improve string height
- Restrung with Ernie Ball earthwood lights 10 gauge
