Got in this un-played Squier recently and the owner wanted it setup to play rock style music. The neck was severely bowed and as a result the action was quite high.
- Adjust bowed neck
- Sand and chisel away finish in neck pocket
- Shim back of neck pocket to even out action
- Check and test electronics for any issues
- Restring with Ernie Ball slinky
